RayLab Web Services LLC is a Bloomington-based web design and digital marketing company founded by Raymond Labban. We work with small businesses, local organizations, medical practices, nonprofits, and service companies across south-central Indiana, helping them build stronger online presences through thoughtful design, technical SEO, and content that connects with their audience.
Meet Raymond Labban
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Digital Media with a concentration in Web Development and Graphic Design from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in December 2022.
Since November 2024, I have worked as a Web Developer and SEO Specialist at David Martin Design in Bloomington, managing ongoing digital work for a portfolio of 10+ clients across healthcare, construction, local government, and professional services.
The work I’ve done has included building full websites both with WordPress and from scratch using HTML, CSS, and PHP, conducting sitewide SEO and schema markup rollouts, managing Google Business Profiles, and creating content distributed across websites, Facebook, and Google Business.
In March 2023, I founded RayLab Web Services LLC, where I provide web design, SEO, and digital marketing services directly to local businesses. I also served as a Code/IT Class Facilitator at the Dimension Mill in Bloomington from March through December 2025, and since February 2026 I have continued in that role at Ivy Tech Community College in Bloomington, supporting adult learners through technology education programming.
